In honor of June Homeownership Month, we have partnered with Mass Housing to bring you a 30-40 minutes presentation to share the latest down payment assistance product and revisions.  Book an hour to leave time for your questions! Join this zoom meeting that will cover questions such as:

  • What MassHousings down payment assistance loan products will be available statewide for low-moderate-and-higher income borrowers?
  • How can MassHousing MIPlus benefits on our conventional loan products help borrowers who lost their employment and are receiving unemployment benefits?
  • What are the new MassHousing increased income limits effective May 19, 2025.
