Conducting Open Houses & Developing a Safety Plan

Description

This continuing education unit is designed to help the real estate agents prepare to conduct safe, efficient open houses, keeping in mind agency relationships and establishing overall policies to help ensure homeowner and agent safety.  Course Outline: RE36R05: Conducting Open Houses and Developing a Safety Plan | Mass.gov 

This program will be hosted on Zoom: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83642990404.  A reminder will be sent out at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the program with this link as well.  All attendees must be present on their own device.  We are unable to provide CE credit to anyone who is sharing a device.  The Board of Registration requires that you be on camera and in attendance for the full 2-hour duration.  If you are unable to attend you must notify staff at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a non-attendance fee or to receive a refund of the registration fee you paid.
