Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification Course

Description

We have secured Peter West to teach the PSA Certification program on Monday, March 11th @ the Board Office | 9 a.m - 4 p.m. (or online). The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. This course is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer's Representative® (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) designation.

This course will enable you to

- Determine the market-based value range of a home
- Choose the most appropriate comparables for a given property
- Compile a CMA report for proper presentation
- Collaborate with appraisers

Earn 4 CE Credits for: (must be on camera and engaged the entire 6 hours)

RE26R20: The Residential Appraisal Process

Pricing:

$99 for the early bird special for everyone until March 1!
$130 for Berkshire Members after March 1st | $140 Non-Members.

Complete the one-day class, Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA
Be a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORS®
Submit a one-time REBAC application fee of $179
