Inspections by Buyer Clients

The majority of my buyer clients hire a licensed home inspector before purchase.
The majority of my buyer clients hire licensed specialists before purchase. (Electrician, Plumber, GC, Roofer, Pest Remediator, etc..)
The majority of my buyer clients hire specialists AND licensed home inspectors before purchase.
The majority of my buyer clients handle inspections on their own and without a licensed professional of any kind.
There is no overwhelming answer - my buyers are split between waiving an inspection and hiring specialists, home inspectors or family member.
