Corey Bishop started his Real Estate career as a Sales Associate in 1995. Currently Corey is a licensed Broker in Massachusetts and a Salesperson in Vermont. He carries many professional designations and Certifications including the ABR,ASR,ATWDC,CRS,C2EX,GRI,SEC,SFR,RSPS.

Corey owns Bishop West Real Estate, Inc. with his business Partner Peter West of 27 years, that services Massachusetts, New York & Vermont. He is also the co-owner of Bishop West Real Estate LLC with Mr. West, which services the State of Florida with Offices in Venice. Corey is recognized by the National Real Estate Hall of Fame as a gold member with a career exceeding over $100 Million in sales.

A current member of the Society of Exchange Counselors; the nation’s premier creative real estate marketing organization, Corey also serves on the Board of Governors and is currently involved with many other committees for the Society. 

Corey holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor and a Home Improvement Contractor license in the State of MA. As one of the owners of Modular Building Systems Inc he has been instrumental in the construction of modular products of all types, including residential homes, multifamily and small commercial. He regularly fixes, flips or fixes and holds residential, multi-family, commercial, Industrial properties, and supervises projects of all types.      

He owns and manages a real estate investment portfolio under many LLC’s and Corporations, consisting of residential, multifamily, commercial and industrial properties.  

He is also co-owner of Bishop West Manufactured Homes Sales LLC, which builds manufactured homes across the state of Florida. 

Corey is the managing partner of The Bishop West School of Real Estate, a multi-state licensed Real Estate School that provides education on a local, regional & national level. He is also an instructor and teaches regularly for the Home Builders Association of Western Massachusetts

You may hear Corey, and Peter “The Real Estate Guys” on Live 95.9, 100.1 & 103.3 WUPE, and 94.1 WSBS radio as they host a live monthly Real Estate show with the morning show hosts. Corey is also a regular morning show host weekly on WUPE.
