Immersed in the Berkshire culture and outdoor activities, and a life-long Berkshire resident, Anne has been a full time MA licensed real estate professional and REALTOR since 2001, and a licensed broker since 2006. With her exceptional experience, extensive additional training, and locally unmatched networking, she excels in providing an outstanding experience for her Buyer and Seller clients, getting offers accepted and CLOSED in the most challenging of markets, guiding them so they avoid expensive, frustrating, and time-wasting pitfalls. Anne particularly enjoys working with first time home buyers and sellers, and advising senior clients on ways to age in place. Clients seeking or selling horse properties find she speaks fluent equine! She earned her BA in Business Administration/Marketing from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and holds several designations and certifications demonstrating achievement in specific real estate areas including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS - held by less than 2.5% of REALTORS), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). She has been very active in the REALTOR Association at  the local, state, and national levels serving as the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS President in 2010 (the same year she was named Berkshire County REALTOR of the Year), as the 2019 President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS, and as chair of NAR's Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee. Her passion is regulation and legislation regarding home ownership issues, and she is a President's Circle Hall of Fame RPAC investor. She recently bought and completely renovated a Lenox condominium. Anne has three adult children, a heat-seeking Tonkinese, and a Corgi that sheds like a BOSS - the latter of two frequently seen on Zoom meetings.
