With over 38 years of experience in real estate, Jennifer is a seasoned professional and a trusted leader in the industry. Born and raised in Massachusetts, and having lived in the Berkshires for more than five decades but now resides on the east coast of Florida . Jennifer brings a deep understanding of both residential and investment sales, along with a proven track record of success. In 1998, Jennifer founded Steepleview Realty which has been acquired by Lamacchia Realty in May of 2026.  Jennifer is a highly respected Broker serving clients across Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, and Florida.  Jennifer has earned recognition for outstanding service, integrity, and market expertise.   Jennifer is also the owner and primary educator of the Gateway School of Real Estate, with locations in Massachusetts and Florida.

As a state-certified real estate instructor with 36 years of teaching experience, Jennifer is passionate about developing the next generation of real estate professionals and has personally trained and mentored a team of successful agents.  A proud graduate of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a degree in Marketing, Jennifer combines academic knowledge with years of hands-on experience in the field. This blend of expertise and leadership has earned Jennifer a reputation for excellence in all phases of the real estate transaction.

Outside of work, Jennifer is happily married to Paul Segala and is the proud parent of two sons, Troy and Austin, as well as a devoted grandparent.
