Nathan Girard has always tried to be a dedicated, passionate and market-savvy professional who puts his clients and business partners gratification before all else. Nate’s attention to detail, superior people skills, comprehensive knowledge of cannabis, real estate, and business retail industry as a whole, and his determination to spoil his clients & partners with first class service sets him apart from the rest. 

Nathan grew up in the Berkshires and he has an appreciation for the Berkshire way of life. He had worked for his father for his early career years, learning construction. His high school education was done locally at Hoosac Valley High School in Cheshire. His higher level education was completed in Beverly, MA at Endicott College where he graduated in 2005 with a BA in Business with a focus in management. Nathan then continued his education pursuits and received a professional masters degree in Business from MCLA in 2012.

Nathan is happily married to Migdeliz Girard, who is not only his partner in life but is his partner in all things business as well. Migdeliz is an active member of Royal Property Group and The Bloom Brothers Team. Together, Mig and Nate are also proud parents to two sons and a daughter, Elliot, Maverick and Penelope.

As the owner of Royal Property Group, Nate always puts clients first and the company’s slogan is, “quality results, every time.” As the owner of the Bloom Brothers Recreational Dispensary in Pittsfield the slogan is, "Welcome to the Family."
