Let's talk about the local, state and national housing agendas and what we can do to educate, inform and unite behind sound housing policy and laws. We hope to receive updates from town monitors and liaisons to discuss local conversations about short term rentals popping up and seasonal communities designations. We will also cover the MAR legislative agenda now that the rent control ballot question has been quashed, and the recent cancellation of the signing ceremony for the landmark bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act we fought for in Washington just weeks ago.
