We are offering a hybrid version of this program. Attendance can be in person at the Board Office or via Zoom. Zoom links will be sent out at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of class.

This designation program is held over 2 back-to-back days. Each day class will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided, and there will be breaks scattered throughout the day.

Would you like to learn everything you need to know about creating a solid buyer agent relationship, building your value proposition, and understanding the tool and resources to help your thrive in the years ahead?  The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is the answer for REALTORS! You will gain valuable real estate education that elevates your skills and knowledge in the eyes of home buyers; ongoing specialized information, programs, and updates that keep you knowledgeable on the issues and trends facing home buyers; access to members-only publications, marketing tools and resources, as well as invaluable networking and referral opportunities. 

Join Instructor, Peter West for this 2-day program. 

Running 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., we are offering in person and virtual attendance. Please make your selection when signing up! Agents must attend each class day in its entirety to receive CE Credit and to quality for the ABR Designation through NAR.

Before applying to REBAC to become an Accredited Buyer Representative, you must:

  • Be a REALTOR® in good standing with NAR
  • Complete the ABR Designation Course
  • Complete one of the ABR® elective courses
  • Provide documentation of five completed buyer representative transactions

Note: While this course is excellent to achieve a designation, it's solid foundation of information is also helpful to your business.  If you decide to pursue the designation, the following ongoing costs to maintain that designation after the first year apply.

  • *REBAC Dues - Cost of Maintaining ABR Designation: First year of REBAC membership is free
  • Second year is $110, but prorated based on the month you joined REBAC
  • Third year is $110 with a 5% discount if paid online before the end of the year.

Course Cost: $199 for Berkshire REALTORS and $250 for non-members

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be provided if you cancel by January 15th. Starting January 16th, you will be refunded the registration cost minus a $50 cancellation fee. Starting on January 29th, no refunds will be provided if you cancel your registration.

  • RE57R07: Brokerage Relationships
  • RE35RC03: Offers
  • RE36R05: Conducting Open Houses and Developing a Safety Plan
  • RE90R14: Designated Agency
