Contract & Forms Committee Meeting

This meeting is for the Contract and Forms Committee members appointed by the President and legal counsel to consider changes and suggestions made to any of our local forms. We have discussions on the Excusive Right to Sell revisions and a few new paragraphs to review / discuss. Additionally, we will talk about an Unrepresented Buyer Disclosure, Termination of Buyer or Seller Agreements and potentially solar addendum.  There are a few items for discussion on the Purchase and Sale, time permitting.
