As a seller's representative your due diligence and allegiance is to the seller. But do you know what your limitations are, and what required representations you must make to ALL parties involved in a purchase transaction? This course will outline some of the common errors seen as it relates to the aspect of due diligence as defined by the courts in the Commonwealth and the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics.
