The Ombusdman assists members of the public and/or fellow REALTORS to resolve disputes in an informal way, most times over the phone, before they come to a head and lead to a formal ethics or arbitration complaint. Linda Kody will join us on Zoom for this 2 1/2 hour long training program so you can serve in the role of Ombudsman for the Board.
