In this class, you'll learn about MA and local zoning codes, zoning code enforcement, pre-existing and non-conforming use, plus more. Our instructor Peter West will keep it local by discussing some Flexmls input fields that may be confusing or need further explanation. 2 hours of CE credit provided. This class will be presented online via Zoom. Attendance will be taken at 9:00, periodically throughout class, and at the end to ensure attendance. CE slips will be issued through the membership hub.
